The IU Southeast Concert Choir is the premier choral ensemble of the university, consisting primarily of music majors and students with previous singing experience. The ensemble performs outstanding and highly varied choral literature drawn from all styles and historical periods, with an emphasis on traditional college repertoire and major choral works.
The Community Chorus is open to IU Southeast students, faculty, staff, and members of the southern Indiana and Louisville Metro communities. Mainly composed of community members, the group performs a variety of literature, including major works, and often combines with the Concert Choir.
